At Yozzano, we want you to be glad you bought from us. If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with a product, we offer an easy and straightforward return process.
30 Day Simple Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. If this time period has passed, we cannot offer returns.
For a return to be approved, all items must be sent back unused, in their original condition, and include any original packaging, tags, or accessories that came with the order.
If you need assistance at any stage, our support team will be happy to help make the process run smoothly.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Costs of Returns
Defective or Incorrect Products
The customer will not bare responsibility to pay for returns if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was damaged by the carrier
- The product has any defects
Customer Remorse
The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost if:
- The item does not fit
- The item is no longer wanted
- The wrong item was ordered upon purchase
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order after purchase by contacting us at info@yozzano.com within 24 hours. Please ensure you include your order number in your message.
If the order is not cancelled within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee any cancellations as the order may have begun processing. Once an order has been dispatched, there is no way of cancellation.
If you were unable to cancel before processing, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
Starting Returns
In order to return an item, you must:
- Contact Us: Contact our support at info@yozzano.com with your order number and reason for return including any evidence if necessary.
- Pack Your Return: Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags and any documents.
- Return Your Product: Follow the instructions provided in your return email. You may use the shipping method outlined in the email.
Refund Process
When we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria for returns.
If approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days in order for the refund to be initiated to your original payment method depending on your bank/payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you decide you'd like a different size, colour or product. Please contact us at info@yozzano.com so that we can assist you with this.
Order Not Received
If the expected delivery window has passed and you haven't received your item, please contact us at info@yozzano.com with your order number so that we can investigate the situation. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or provide you with a new replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returns
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, some items will not be eligible for returns. If this is the case, a product will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on its product page.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Return and Refund Policy at any given time. When changes are made, they will appear on this page, indicated by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of our website and services following any updates to the policy constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
